Jeremy and Rebekah Simpson
Dr. Jeremy Simpson is the Pastor of Thanks to Calvary Baptist Church, in Elkin, NC and married to Rebekah Simpson. She serves as Director of the MTM Christmas Project. They’ve served together full-time in the ministry for 22 years. In January 2017, the Lord fulfilled one of their dreams by allowing them to establish Mercy and Truth Ministries.
It’s their heart’s desire to “Put a little sunshine in someone’s life!” Their prayer is that through this ministry many will come to know the Lord as their personal Savior and realize that God’s Word is the Hope for Wilkes, Yadkin and Surry Counties and ultimately America!
Marty Roberts
Vice President Marty Roberts is the VP/GM of Rid-A-Bug Exterminating Co. Inc. located in Hamptonville, NC since 2011, and has been working in this family business since 1984. Marty graduated from East Wilkes High School in 1990.
He is presently an active member in the NPMA and NCPMA where he serves on the board of NCPMA and on a committee for NPMA Wildlife. He currently serves as president of the Buck Shoals Volunteer Fire Dept.
Jeremiah and Brianna Simpson
Jeremiah Simpson serves as Executive Director of Mercy & Truth Ministries and Director of Character Education. Raised in a pastor’s home, he has been involved in ministry throughout his life. In 2017, God called him to missions and placed the vision for MTM’s Character Training Program on his heart.
Today, Jeremiah teaches character education in local schools, preaches as an evangelist across the country, and helps churches throughout the year with Vacation Bible Schools, youth events, and rallies.
Jeremiah and his wife, Brianna, who serves as MTM’s secretary, have served full-time in ministry together since 2017. They are grateful to share this work and life with their three children: Israel, Zeke, and Janna Ray.
Robert Price
Robert Price and his wife, Mrs. Libby, own and operate Price’s Lawn & Maintenance and Price Power Equipment in Elkin, NC. They have been married since 1978, and both came to know Jesus Christ as their savior in April of 1983 just after the birth of their second child.
They both have a large heart for the local community and are very excited about the opportunity to help bring light into the tri-county area.
Tim Parks
Tim Parks retired in December of 2018 as Police Chief after serving the town for 20 years. Parks has been in law enforcement for 35 years, serving 27 of those in Yadkinville. As of the year 2022, Tim serves on the Board of Education for Yadkin County.
Ryan Hayes
Ryan Hayes is the Pastor of Southside Baptist Church in Yadkinville, NC. Ryan was born and raised in Wilkes County and graduated from East Wilkes High in 2005. He grew up in Austin Baptist Church, where he was saved as a young boy. He married his high school sweetheart, Megan, and they have two children, Grant and Sadie. Ryan has a heart for his community and desires to see people’s lives changed by the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Bradley Shore
Bradley Shore is a former Guidance Counselor and women’s high school basketball coach in Yadkin County. He’s currently the Yadkin County Ambassador for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and he and his wife Amanda are in the real estate business together. They and their three children are faithful members of Faith Community Baptist Church in East Bend, NC.
Donovan Beavers
Donovan was born and raised in Yadkin County. He graduated from Forbush High School in 2014 and Wilkes Community College in 2016. He’s currently a technologist supervisor at QMX Mobile Health in Winston Salem.
